Grind Guide, Spin Milled Video added to Vokey.com

Some new features have been added to Vokey.com in the past few days. The first is a guide to the grinds that Voke has developed through his work over the past decade on the PGA Tour and that have shaped the sole profiles in the new line of Vokey Design Spin Milled wedges as well as the Vokey Wedge Works limited release wedges. The Vokey Grind Guide can be found at:

Padraig Harrington Puts Happy Gilmore to the Test

Sometimes it’s helpful to remember that golf is just a game, even if you’re a three-time Major winner. Recently, reigning PGA and British Open champion Padraig Harrington revealed his lighter side when he visited the Titleist Performance Institute in Oceanside, CA to film a segment for the Fox Sports Net show Sport Science. Padraig was asked to put a bit of golf pop culture to the test. You see, Padraig has developed a unique talent for driving the golf ball using a momentum-building, running approach made famous by Adam Sandler in the 1996 movie Happy Gilmore. As reported by Michael Walker, Jr. in the Press Tent blog section of Golf.com, Sport Science producers were curious to find out if the technique could produce more powerful drives. To find out for yourself, click on the video player below.
